NFL star Bubba Smith was found dead Wednesday in his Los Angeles home. He died of natural causes.
Charles Aaron Smith also known as “Bubba Smith” played for the Oakland Raiders, Houston Oilers and the Baltimore Colts. He was first drafted by the Baltimore Colts in the 1967 NFL draft.
Bubba Smith played football for the Michigan State Spartans in the 60′s and went on to play in the NFL as a Defensive End. He won a Super Bowl and was a part of 2 Pro Bowls.
Bubba then went into acting. He appeared in the Police Academy, Good Times, Tales of the Gold Monkey, Married with Children and Blue Thunder.
