- The Colombian daily El Espectador reports on recent investigative work in Argentina by Mexican investigator Edgardo Buscaglia. Buscaglia — who can be a bit sensationalist but is often right — says that since about four years ago, northern Argentina has become a hub for Mexican drug traffickers shipping their product to Europe.
